Dr Jane Fitch Regional Director North East Community Health Partnerships (CHP)Jane is the North East Regional Director at Community Health Partnerships and leads the CHP team across the North East and Yorkshire. Within this role, Jane is a Board member of six LIFTCos and the CHP representative on the North East ICS Estates and Capital Boards.
Jane is a qualified GP and has worked in health and social care for over 25 years. Jane’s ethos is about helping people, and constantly striving for better outcomes.
Jane has been leading System transformation initiatives for around 15 years, which has included a variety of roles across acute major capital developments and primary care / community programmes. Jane’s past experience also includes working as part of the NHS England Estates Delivery Team.
When Jane’s not working, she loves to get out and about in the countryside surrounding where she lives (Peak District). Jane’s favourite activities are fell running, mountain biking or hiking with friends and family. -

My interest and knowledge are strongly embedded in building services engineering with specialist knowledge in computer aided engineering, environmental management, sustainable development and climate change. In this regard, my working life has been invested on strategies, and practical solutions for reducing wasteful practices and taking mitigation actions through operational work plans and designs for delivering resilience, reliability and efficiency in the built environment. This is with a fundamental belief that suitability based investment actions are net positive income generating activities. Hence, I am a strong advocate for embedding sustainable development principle in everyday decision making activities and on the principles of invest to accrue for a better future for everyone.
Dr. Rosa Montero Kidney Consultant St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation TrustDr. Rosa Montero is a Kidney Consultant at St George's University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Her scholarship focused on driving sustainable changes in dialysis and kidney transplantation locally and nationally. Her strong leadership influenced a wide range of practitioners to adopt greener kidney care across different settings. She will throw light on her plans for a new Renal Centre.
Kidney care in South West London, Surrey and beyond will soon be transformed under exciting new plans for a specialist renal unit to treat the most seriously ill patients. The proposed state-of-the-art facility – based at St George’s Hospital – will be used by patients who currently receive care at St George’s and St Helier hospitals and will be one of the largest renal services in the UK.
